First Baptist Church is currently accepting resumes for the position of Ministry Assistant: Membership Liaison & Church Host. This part-time position (16 hours/week) primarily serves as administrative support for various church & parachurch ministries, maintaining accurate membership information and coordinating building usage for special events. This person will also serve as receptionist to meet, greet, and handle visitors, phone calls, and printing needs.
Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong organizational skills, and be apt in information technology (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendar, the ability to adapt to new technologies).
