Sunday Nursery
Sunday morning nursery is available for children aged three and under for both worship services and Sunday School/Bible Fellowship Hour. All childcare providers have been background checked for the safety of your children. Children ages three and older are invited to attend worship with their family and age-graded Sunday school. Three year olds may choose to attend worship/Sunday School or nursery.
When you arrive, visit our children’s welcome area to securely check in your child using our electronic system. Parents with children in our nursery are also welcome to take a pager at check in that will alert you if your child needs you. The pager can reach you anywhere in our building. Your child’s safety is a top priority in the Children’s ministry.
Parent’s Night Out
Parent’s Night Out (PNO) is an evening of low-cost childcare offered to FBC members. PNO is the second Friday of each month, September through May and is hosted at First Baptist Church for children ages birth through 6th grade from 6:30pm-10:00pm. During Parent’s Night Out, your child will have dinner, be entertained and cared for while you enjoy an evening on your own. The reservation deadline is the Wednesday before the event at 5:00pm. To ensure adequate adult/child ratio the deadlines are strictly enforced. PNO is open to FBC members and families currently enrolled our MDO programs only. PNO is not a public event. Mother’s Day Out
The purpose of the First Baptist Church Mother’s Day Out program is to extend the ministry of the church by providing a safe, nurturing environment with a biblically based curriculum for children ages 3 months to 5 years. This program is meant to provide parents with a regular block of time away from their children, to meet personal and family needs. For information contact E-mail.
Parent / Child Dedications
It is our joy to recognize growing families at FBC. We offer meaningful Parent/Child Dedication services within our worship service. The dedication services are planned when desired by families throughout the year. We want to support and partner with you as you endeavor to raise your family in a Godly home and believe this service expresses that wish.
