Scott began serving as Minister of Music & Administration in May of 2017.  He holds the Master of Music in Church Music and Master of Divinity degrees from Baylor University & George W. Truett Theological Seminary respectively.  Before joining our ministry team, Scott served most recently as Minister of Music at First Baptist Church, Valley Mills, TX.  In addition to his passion for music & worship ministry, Scott enjoys sharing the gospel through his ministry as Skooter the Clown.  Scott is a Kansas City, Missouri, native and loves all things Kansas City (especially the KC Royals and KC BBQ)!
